"We were not happy with the service at all. Schedule time for move out was not followed and we ended up paying 100$ fine. I had to call more than 10 times to just get an update. Assembling of the furniture was not done properly which ended up costing us more than 1000$. Photos included. 2 dents were made in the floor and paint. Moreover, my own trolly was not returned by movers and it’s more than 6 months And I am still struggling to get hold of the team. Would not recommend it. 1. Sofa assembly was not done properly and it broke in a month because a crucial piece was missing. 2. Bed frame beam mount was screwed in upside down which broke in few days and made us buy a new bed."
